Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CashTrack, located at cashtrack.lol, operated by Ankit Bungaliya ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

CashTrack is a personal finance tracking tool that allows users to log income, expenses, and family transfers, and optionally share their financial dashboard with trusted individuals in read-only mode.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using CashTrack, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have parental consent.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not share your admin credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. Financial Disclaimer

CashTrack is a personal record-keeping tool only. It does not constitute financial advice, tax advice, or any professional financial service. The data you enter and the balances displayed are based solely on what you input — we do not verify, validate, or audit any financial information. You should consult a qualified financial professional for financial decisions.

6. Data & Content

You retain ownership of all financial data and content you enter into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for who you share your viewer password with.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any downtime or data loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankit Bungaliya and CashTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which, for a free service, is $0).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ankit Bungaliya, CashTrack, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us at ankitbungaliya@gmail.com. We reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
